* Greeting all guests with warmth and creating a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
* Consistently crafting a variety of coffee and tea-based drinks (and pouring the occasional glass of wine!).
* Showcasing latte art, keeping grinders dialled in, and ensuring equipment is clean and well maintained.
* Supporting the team with stock control, cleanliness, and general upkeep of the bar.
The Equipment & Coffee
* La Marzocco Classic 3-group
* Puqpress
* M3Compak grinders (with a Mythos on the way)

What We’re Looking For
* Somebody upbeat, friendly, and confident who enjoys working in a local, regular-based environment.
* A genuine passion for drinks and food, with a keen eye for detail.
* Solid understanding of espresso dialing, milk texturing, and consistent latte art.
* Interest in wine is a big plus – we have an incredible wine list and will provide training!
Why Join Us?
* Ongoing training sessions in coffee, tea, wine, and cocktails.
* Opportunity to contribute ideas to our seasonal drinks offering.
* A beautiful location right next to Hyde Park.
* Regular menu tastings with the kitchen team.
* Discounts on food and drinks across our wider group.
* The chance to join a friendly, supportive, and quality-driven team where your input is valued.
