About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Transaction Manager to join our Transactions team in our Woking office.

In this key role, you will take ownership of managing property transactions from start to finish, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensuring seamless progress across all stages. You will have direct management responsibility for a Transactions Associate/Progressor, including overseeing team and individual performance and providing regular guidance and support.

This role would be an ideal next step for a motivated professional looking to expand their impact, take charge of complex transactions, and contribute to delivering housing solutions that make a reason difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Take ownership of a live caseload of property transactions and related due- diligence, while delegating support tasks to Associates and taking them through to completion.
* Manage relationships with buyers, sellers, agents, and solicitors to drive transaction progress.
* Serve as the main point of contact between internal and external stakeholders.
* Liaising with solicitors and sellers to ensure that conditions for exchange and completion are satisfied.
* Resolve transaction issues, re-negotiations, and delays with a solution-focused approach, escalating to senior management where necessary.
* Identify and monitor the critical path for each transaction, ensuring key milestones are met in line with agreed KPIs using SimplyPhi's internal systems.
* Work collaboratively with other teams within SimplyPhi to ensure KPIs are met.

Required Skills and Experience

* Minimum 2 years' experience in property acquisitions, transaction management, estate agency or similar roles.
* Proven ability to deliver a pipeline to agreed timescales and budget.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify bottlenecks and proactively find solutions.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage diverse stakeholders and lead on negotiations.
* Organised, efficient, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits

· Salary from £45,000 – £50,000
per year, based on experience, with opportunities for growth.
