Job Description
As the Logistic Manager you will ensure that a first-class service is delivered to all areas of responsibility in line with ISS quality and standards. Reviewing work schedules ensuring an accurate flow of communication in the day-to-day service delivery of the contract.
Key Responsibilities
•Allocating the workload in line with the planning and maintaining of staff rotas, updating work schedules as required to meet the needs of the service.
•To ensure key security and allocation.
•Ensure the provision of an effective and efficient portering and security service under the direction of the Key Account Manager.
•Work on areas with, or in the absence of staff.
•Ensure an effective communication channel is maintained.
•To ensure that quality monitoring, activity reporting and performance monitoring is fully and properly implemented and maintained as per company policy and procedure. Complete quality control inspections in conjunction with ward and departmental managers as required following schedule.
•To recruit staff and oversee their documentation and ensure all staff attend company induction and training into the service. Maintain and complete accurate staff records, work rotas, and relevant monitoring documentation.
•Use every effort to develop and maintain effective working relationships with the client, ISS colleagues and other interested organisations and individuals.
•Ensure confidentiality, privacy and dignity is maintained at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act and in line with Company and Trust policy, where appropriate.
