The Role:
Partner with Tesco, Booker, and One Stop to deliver data-led recommendations that drive distribution, share of shelf, and range optimisation.
Support range reviews, influence NPD plans, and create compelling sell-in stories for innovation and range extensions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Sales, and insight agencies to shape in-store execution and category strategy.
Build strong, insight-driven relationships with customer teams and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and business growth.
About You:
Proven experience in Category Management within FMCG, ideally food.
Exposure to working across Tesco is essential.
Proficient in tools such as Nielsen, Kantar, Circana, or loyalty platforms like dunnhumby.
Skilled in turning insights into strategic recommendations and compelling sell-in stories.
