About the Role:
As a KS1 Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging, well-planned lessons in line with the KS1 national curriculum.
* Create a warm, stimulating classroom environment that supports learning and emotional well-being.
* Use effective assessment strategies to track progress and adapt teaching to meet pupil needs.
* Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
* Contribute to the wider school life, including planning, staff meetings, and extra-curricular activities.
✅ Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs and experienced teachers welcome.
* Experience teaching in KS1 (or a strong KS2 teacher looking to transition).
* Thorough understanding of the phonics curriculum (e.g. Read Write Inc. or Little Wandle).
* Creative, reflective, and passionate about early education.
* Committed to inclusive practice and high expectations for all pupils.
