What is the opportunity? An Executive Assistant / Team Assistant role within Global Markets Europe on 6-month fixed term contract.The EA coverage is primarily of SMF (Head of Algo, Macro, Equity Trading & Financing Europe), Global Head of Structuring and Head of Equity Trading Europe. What will you do?
1. Coordinates administrative and support functions for one or more executives or management personnel in Capital Markets. Has expert organizational knowledge and deep understanding of the operational environment.
2. Primary team coverage to Structuring and Equity Derivatives
3. Role provides administrative support to include:Diary management to assigned Senior Leader(s)Booking business travel / accommodation / eventsProcessing invoicesMonitoring holiday bookingsPrepare agendas, presentations and other documentsCoordinate meetings as required for Front Office staffDesk moves
4. Support marketing / entertainment events (internal and with clients)
5. Identify areas of opportunity to improve processes and save costs within the business
6. Cover other Executive Assistants as required
What do you need to succeed? Must-have
7. Strong organisation skills at all levels involving a high level of attention to detail across all tasks
8. Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
9. Strong communication skills both vocal and written.
10. Calm and flexible nature in terms of dealing with urgent requests and situations
11. Good time management
12. Nice to Have
13. Concur and CRM experience is an advantage
14. Experience of supporting a team within Financial Services
