Job Description:
* Immediate start, mostly remote - occasional office visits if possible
* 12 month fixed term contract, some flexibility on hours, with the possibility of a permanent role
About Our Client
Our client is a national business with a large payroll department.
Responsibilities include:
* Receiving data in the correct format and on time to meet payroll deadlines
* Processing payroll tasks such as new starters, leavers, and tax documentation
* Manually calculating payments outside of the payroll system, ensuring deductions comply with legislation
* Processing and reconciling all types of absence, SMP, SPP, SSP
* Handling third-party deductions and issuing P45s and P11Ds
* Maintaining knowledge of current statutory and legislative compliance
The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 1 year experience in payroll administration, ideally with experience in SAP, Resourcelink, or Workday. Available to start ASAP and commit initially to a one-year contract.
