RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage your own caseload of privately funded family matters with a strong emphasis on Private Law Children and Domestic Abuse work.- Handle a broader range of family matters including divorce, financial remedy, separation, and cohabitation disputes.- Work closely with colleagues across the family team to deliver high-quality, compassionate advice.- Contribute to the departments continued growth through networking, marketing, and wider business development initiatives.
ABOUT YOU - Qualified Solicitor, NQ+, with all levels of PQE welcomed.- Experience or a strong interest in Private Law Children and Domestic Abuse matters is essential.- Legal aid experience not required.- Compassionate, client-focused, and confident managing sensitive and urgent matters.- Strong communicator with the ability to handle a varied caseload and work collaboratively within a supportive team.
