Technical Inspector £47k 9 - 5 Monday to Friday 35 hours per week Motherwell Temporary to start ASAP Oliver Smith Recruitment is seeking a Technical Inspector on behalf of a local public sector organisation in Motherwell. This is a temporary ongoing contract. The role's purpose is to support the inspection and verification of completed repair works - it is essential that all works are delivered in compliance with statutory requirements, contract standards while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Inspect completed works to ensure compliance with specifications and standards Support the Senior Technical Inspector to delivery an efficient and effective responsive repairs Undertake pre and post inspections of reactive repairs and specify works accurately Verify the quality of fabric and general repair works across properties Identify and report defects or substandard work Liaise with contractors and internal teams to resolve issues Maintain accurate records and inspection reports Support overall quality assurance of repairs and maintenance delivery Interviews will be held within the next week.
