Administration Assistant – Gainsborough (Temporary Role) Pay rate: £13.50 per hour Hours: Monday–Thursday 9:00am–5:00pm, Friday 9:00am–4:00pm (½ hour lunch) Location: Gainsborough We’re currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our client’s team in Gainsborough on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a background in office support who enjoys working in a varied, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Provide general office administration and clerical support * Manage incoming calls and reception duties, ensuring excellent customer service * Assist with data entry, filing, and document management * Use Sage 50 Accounts for financial administration (experience preferred) * Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails Skills & Experience Required: * Previous experience in an office administration role * Experience in Sage 50 Accounts preferred * Knowledge of payroll and invoicing processes (an advantage) * Confident telephone manner and good interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and organisational ability * Reliable, proactive, and a team player This is a great opportunity to contribute to a friendly and supportive office team while developing your administrative and accounts skills.
