Job Purpose
To maximise the visibility of the business to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring that the organisations core values of Service, Quality and Value are upheld across all marketing activity. The role is responsible for ensuring consistent, accurate, and effective promotion of the companys services across multiple service areas, including training, assessment, qualifications, and sourced training solutions.
Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of day-to-day marketing activity and will:
1. Work closely with senior management to develop and implement a marketing plan that supports the overall business strategy.
2. Coordinate and maintain the marketing plan, ensuring activities are delivered on time and in line with business priorities.
3. Manage all marketing channels including website, digital platforms, press, and direct communications.
4. Develop, manage, and maintain company branding guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation.
5. Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and produce monthly KPI and performance reports.
6. Write and distribute engaging press releases and marketing content for online and print publication.
