In this role, you will provide effective coaching and learner support to all assessment ready learners progressing through commercial assessments. The role is key to supporting assessment engagement, driving impactful analysis and insight, using this insight to develop effective support content and materials with the aim to improving successful accreditation performance and qualification.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaising with and building relationships with key stakeholders within Learning Services management to understand their people performance requirements and demonstrate current network engagement and current assessment performance.
* Proactively contact all assessment ready Learners to assess their readiness and then support and coach their preparation to pass.
* Be prepared to identify any learning or personal challenges the delegates may have and offer tailored solutions and support.
* Ensure the KPI of a ‘First-time Pass Rate’ is met and exceeded.
* Monitor and maintain the Assessment Progress Reporting.
* Conduct assessments as required.
* Conduct moderation and calibration sessions.
* Ensure that records and data are accurately maintained and that information provision is fast, efficient and effective.
* Process post-assessment administration and communications internally and externally and ensure Learner records are updated accurately.
* Regularly investigate and analyse assessment data, identifying trends and define opportunities for change and improvement following ideas and solutions through to completion.
* To control the reasonable adjustment and special considerations process .
* To control the assessment standardisation and verification process.
* Create and maintain Assessment policy, procedure and guidance documentation.
* Become a SME in the area escalating issues and actions as required.
* Collaborate with other departments to support additional activity as required.
* Carry out any other reasonable duties as defined by line management.

* Be highly organised and methodical with strong attention to detail
* Strong project management skills with the ability to control and handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Salary & Benefits

Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week
Place of Work
Volkswagen Group UK National Learning Centre, Wymbush, Milton Keynes. We operate a smart working approach. There will also be times when it may be necessary to work from alternative locations such as (but not limited to) Calex offices, alternative VWG facilities and retailers, and other sites as necessary to perform the role, including international events.
Pre-employment Checks
Calex will undertake the relevant/standard employment checks with any successful candidate. This includes contacting all nominated referees, as well as checking candidate ID, driving licence (if appropriate) and right to work in the UK. Some roles may also be subject to further pre-employment checks (confirmation will be provided through the recruitment process). The nature of this role may necessitate that we undertake a DBS check.
