Key Responsibilities of a Senior Accountant include but are not limited to:
* Managing a diverse portfolio of clients with varying needs and requirements.
* Proficiently preparing and reviewing accounts, tax returns, and VAT returns for accuracy and compliance.
* Actively mentoring and providing support to junior staff.
* Collaborating with Partners on various ad hoc projects, lending expertise and support as needed.
* Delivering valuable and strategic advice to clients, empowering them to make informed financial decisions.
What we are looking for in our ideal Senior Accountant:
* At least 3 years of experience within a UK Accountancy Practice.
* ACA/ACCA/AAT Qualified or Part Qualified.
* Good knowledge of accounting software’s such as Sage, Digia and Xero.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines.
