Groundworkers – Manhole Raising (x2) Location: Site-based Company: Coinford – Groundworks & Concrete Frame Specialists Coinford is seeking two experienced Groundworkers to join our site team, primarily working on raising manholes as part of ongoing external works. This is a hands-on role suited to operatives with solid groundworks experience who can work efficiently and safely as part of a gang. Key Responsibilities: Raising and adjusting manholes to finished levels Assisting with associated groundworks, including: Drainage works (internal and external) External works such as slabs, kerbs, and edgings Concrete works and finishing Working safely alongside plant and other site operatives Following drawings, levels, and site instructions Maintaining high standards of health & safety at all times Keeping work areas tidy and productive Essential Requirements: Proven experience in groundworks, specifically manhole raising Valid CSCS card (Blue or Green) Good understanding of site safety and safe systems of work Ability to work reliably as part of a site team Punctual, dependable, and able to work to programme Desirable: CPCS/NPORS plant tickets (e.g. Dumper or Roller) Experience working within an established groundworks gang Broader experience in drainage and external works General Expectations: Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work well with supervisors and other trades Commitment to quality workmanship and site standards Right to work in the UK * Please note that to comply with client requirements, we can only accept NPORS cards affiliated with CSCS and carrying the CSCS hologram.
