Role: Children’s Registered Manager – New 2-Bed EBD/LD Home
Location: Redhill, Surrey
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Quarterly Bonuses + Equity Share

The Company:
A purpose-built children’s home in Redhill, Surrey, for young people with emotional and learning disabilities. The home provides a safe, nurturing environment to support children in reaching their maximum potential.
The Role:
Opportunity to design and lead a new home from the ground up, delivering trauma-informed care and working closely with the Responsible Individual for full support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support to open and register this 2-bed EBD/LD home.
* Recruit and mentor a dedicated team.
* Achieve Ofsted ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ within the first year.
* Create a safe, empowering space where children build resilience and life skills.
Requirements:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
* 2+ years’ experience managing an Ofsted-regulated children’s home.
* Extensive expertise in EBD/LD care and safeguarding.
* Compassionate and decisive leadership style.
