You’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of key customer accounts, delivering sustained profitable growth, and providing insight and analysis to drive commercial performance.

Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day customer account requirements, ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness
* Support the wider sales team to deliver customer expectations and commercial objectives
* Contribute to account planning, forecasting, and ongoing account management activities
* Provide customer and category insights to identify opportunities for growth
* Support promotional planning, trade spend tracking, invoicing, and ROI analysis
* Validate and maintain accuracy of sales data, forecasts, and reporting
* Deliver timely and accurate weekly and monthly sales reports
* Maintain customer data and share key business updates cross-functionally
* Build strong working relationships internally and with customers
About you
* Degree calibre with strong commercial awareness and business understanding
* Experience within FMCG or a similar fast-paced commercial environment
* Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
* Confident working with data, reporting, and forecasting tools
* A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive improvements
* Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
