You will teach and deliver content to engineering apprentices learning and studying on qualifications at Levels 3 & 4. This is a permanent role, working Monday to Friday, offering excellent progression and development. The Role The Engineering Lecturer will teach and deliver courses to Apprentices at Levels 3 & 4. You will feed into the planning of curriculums based on the apprenticeship requirements, prepare schemes of work, prepare lesson plans and the appropriate resource materials for the learners. The Engineering Lecturer will teach on a range of engineering topics including mechanical, electrical and multiskilled content in addition to regularly assessing learner progress. You will provide both academic and pastoral support to learners, seeking to continually embed STEM content into your learning. You will create and maintain a safe and secure learning environment, complying with the relevant Health and Safety requirements in addition to supporting inductions.
