The Role Lead delivery of a customer-focused repairs and maintenance service Manage in-house teams and subcontractors Drive performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with all operational and CDM regulations Build strong relationships with key stakeholders Coach and develop your team About You Proven experience in repairs & maintenance (social housing or FM preferred) Strong people management and leadership skills Excellent communication and organisational ability Experience managing performance and KPIs Knowledge of CDM / Principal Contractor responsibilities Full UK driving licence CSCS Card HNC/HND in Construction or equivelant.
