Head of Nursing – Mental Health Services
Location: Birmingham
Salary: From £59,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Overview:
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Head of Nursing to lead clinical care across a group of specialist mental health services in Birmingham. This is a senior leadership role, providing operational and clinical oversight to multiple inpatient and step-down settings, ensuring high standards of care and clinical governance.
Key Requirements:
NMC Registered Nurse (Mental Health or Adult)
Strong clinical leadership and service management experience
Solid knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and clinical governance frameworks
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
