Everyone loves travelling, but planning is not without its challenges. That's why we've spent 20 years building tools that turn travel‑planning chaos into a breeze. Joining Skyscanner means becoming part of a global brand that's striving to become the planet's go‑to travel hack accessible for all.
Our vision? To be the world's number one travel ally. (Ambitious? Yes, but, hey, that's what got us here.)
About The Role
You'll act as the product owner for Salesforce, responsible for system setup, optimisation, and adoption. The role bridges Sales, RevOps, and Finance – ensuring Salesforce supports ad sales, campaign delivery, and billing workflows. While not a developer role, you'll collaborate with internal tech teams and partners to evolve the system, manage integrations, and deliver scalable improvements.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading on the Salesforce ecosystem: Shape, configure, and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and permissions for our Ads organisation.
* Driving adoption: Manage user access, onboarding, and data hygiene - with playbooks and training that make adoption stick.
* Defining and governing processes: Document best‑practice workflows for Sales and RevOps, keeping friction low and data quality sky‑high.
* Integrating data flows: Partner with RevOps and Engineering to connect Salesforce with ad‑serving, forecasting, and billing systems - creating a single, seamless view of revenue.
* Prioritising the roadmap: Build and manage the Salesforce roadmap for Ads, balancing automation, scalability, and stakeholder needs.
* Collaborating widely: Work with internal tech teams and Salesforce partners to deliver upgrades and ensure smooth rollouts.
* Building insight dashboards: Develop dashboards that track pipeline, performance, and revenue - aligning with BI and Finance for one source of truth.
About You
* Experienced and adaptable: You've been a Salesforce Administrator, Product Owner, or CRM Solutions Manager - and know how to make systems work for people, not the other way around.
* Process‑savvy: You understand sales processes, campaign management, and revenue workflows inside out.
* Integration‑minded: You've linked Salesforce with financial or delivery systems before - and lived to tell the tale.
* Data‑driven: You care about clean, consistent data and use it to inform smarter decisions.
* Collaborative by nature: You thrive working across Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Tech, turning competing needs into shared wins.
* Analytical & proactive: You don't wait to be asked - you spot opportunities, fix friction, and keep things moving.
* Confident communicator: Whether it's a playbook, dashboard, or roadmap review, you make complex stuff clear and actionable.
