Job Description
Mode Search is partnering with a contemporary fashion business to appoint a Finance & Stock Coordinator. The position requires an organised, detail-driven individual who is confident working with numbers, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, and proficient in Excel. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating stock movements and supporting core financial processes.
This role is based on-site and reports directly to the relevant operational and finance leads. It focuses on ensuring smooth stock allocation across wholesale and retail channels, accurate documentation, and reliable administrative support to the Finance team.
The Role
* Coordinate stock allocation from the warehouse to wholesale partners, the retail store, and internal staff orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
* Communicate with wholesale customers to arrange delivery schedules.
* Use Excel and an internal production system to monitor stock levels, track deliveries, and maintain accurate records.
* Prepare and issue shipping documentation, including invoices, credit notes, and delivery notes.
* Follow up with wholesale partners regarding outstanding payments.
* Maintain accurate stock movement entries and update customer profiles within the production system.
* Provide administrative assistance to the Finance team as required.
* Oversee overall stock levels to support operational efficiency across wholesale and e-commerce channels.
* Manage packaging orders to meet both e-commerce and retail requirements.
Requirements
* Strong computer literacy, particularly in Excel and Office 365.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of using initiative.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organised with effective time-management abilities.
* Able to analyse and interpret data with confidence.
* Comfortable working with numbers and numerical information.
