Are you an experienced administrator looking to make a meaningful impact in a school environment? We're seeking a reliable and proactive Administration Assistant to join our dedicated Administration Team. In this role, you'll provide high-quality, confidential support across the school, helping staff and managers with a variety of administrative tasks. From maintaining accurate records to responding to urgent requests, your work will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school.
Responsibilities
* Deliver efficient and timely admin support across departments
* Maintain accurate and secure records and documentation
* Respond flexibly to last-minute or urgent requests
* Collaborate with team members on larger admin projects
* Support cost-effective practices in line with budget guidance
* Promote health and safety by identifying and reporting hazards
* Work in line with school policies, especially safeguarding and behaviour
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative role
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A positive, committed attitude aligned with the values of Outcomes First Group
* Awareness of confidentiality and safeguarding responsibilities

* You'll work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay; the 4DWW is subject to successful probation and is not a contractual benefit.
