Job Title: Registered Manager - Family Assessment Centre Location: Great Malvern, Worcestershire Salary: Up to £60,000 £5,000 welcome bonus 21% Annual Bonus An exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager for our client's Family Assessment Centre in Great Malvern, Worcestershire on a full time, permanent basis. Duties Lead and manage the operational delivery of services at Crown House, ensuring high standards of care and assessment. Supervise and support staff, including ensuring training and professional development. Develop and implement individualized care plans for families based in the centre. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and achieve a high Ofsted rating. Provide support and guidance to families, working closely with other professionals involved in the assessment process. Oversee the continuous monitoring of family progress and adapt support plans as necessary. Promote a positive, trauma-informed culture in the workplace. Manage referrals, liaise with local authorities, and maintain strong relationships with external partners. Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to senior management. Qualifications Must be a qualified social worker, registered with Social Work England. Extensive experience in managing residential care or family assessment services. Knowledge of the Parent Assess model and/or experience working with families facing mental health, learning difficulties, and substance misuse challenges. Proven ability to lead a team and manage complex cases. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of professionals.
