About the Care Manager role: As Deputy Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of our residential and dementia care home, helping to ensure the highest standards of care and wellbeing for our residents. Working closely with the Home Manager, you will lead and support the care team, promote a positive and person-centred culture, and help oversee areas including care planning, compliance, and staff development.
