Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented New Build Window Installation Supervisor and Inspector to oversee and ensure the quality of window installations in new build projects across Scotland. In this role, you will supervise installation teams, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise window installation teams to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
* Conduct inspections of window installations to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
* Collaborate with the new build office to coordinate project timelines and requirements.
* Provide guidance and support to installation teams, addressing any issues or challenges.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Complete required paperwork and reporting in a timely manner.
* Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in window installation and supervision, preferably in new build projects.
* Strong understanding of construction safety processes along with window installation techniques.
* Ability to monitor and offer guidance on construction site safety practices.
* read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and leadership abilities.
* Valid CSCS card and willingness to travel to various sites across Scotland.
