Our client, a luxury house builder, is looking to take on a recent school or college leaver to join them as a Technical Apprentice.
In this role, the successful candidate will support the technical team in delivering high-quality residential developments. This role provides hands-on experience in planning, design coordination, and site support, while learning the technical processes that ensure compliance with building regulations and company standards.
Office based, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the technical team in preparing and reviewing site layouts, house type drawings, and technical details.
* Support coordination between architects, engineers, and site teams to resolve design and construction issues.
* Learn and apply building regulations, NHBC standards, and health & safety requirements.
* Help maintain accurate technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
* Attend site visits to understand construction processes and monitor technical compliance.
* Participate in training sessions and complete apprenticeship coursework.
* Provide administrative support for technical approvals and planning submissions.
