About The Role
proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships worldwide.
Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Technical Manager to join our Egham team, representing proAV. This role involves taking full responsibility for high-level technical estimating, pre-sales, and project support for both domestic and international projects.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Manager to join an established operation with scope to improve and expand our services. Compensation will reflect experience and seniority.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Understanding and supporting RFP processes and development of technical tender documents.
* Attending meetings and interviews as required.
* Participating in pre-construction workshops and managing the output.
* Developing and submitting technical proposals and managing design queries.
* Reviewing and managing all drawings and design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
* Overseeing rack build, testing, and commissioning processes.
* Collaborating with IT/UC teams and supporting on-site testing and handover.
* Assisting in the development of O&M documentation and ensuring accuracy of all project information.
Desirable Skills
* Knowledge of current AV systems and associated IT elements.
* Understanding of AV equipment, design, and client requirements.
Hours of Work
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, including a 1-hour unpaid break.
