**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our pub/restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, food safety, culinary arts, and leadership.
**Duties:**
* Manage daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, overseeing the kitchen and bar areas, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
* Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
* Train, and motivate employees to deliver top-notch service.
* Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally.
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
* Collaborate with the management team to create innovative menus and promotions.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
* Strong knowledge of food production processes, food safety standards, and kitchen operations.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
* Proficiency in bartending techniques is a plus.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
