The Role
You will play a key part in delivering innovation projects from concept through to implementation, including:

Supporting and managing legal innovation projects from scoping to completion

Assisting with project management, testing, and evaluation of new tools and initiatives
*
Acting as a subject matter expert for key legal tech tools, advising on use cases and best practice
*
Developing user-friendly guides and training materials, and delivering engaging training sessions
*
Tracking usage data, gathering feedback, and supporting the rollout of new systems and pilot programmes
*
Contributing to process improvement initiatives by preparing documentation, process maps, and toolkits
*
Attending project meetings and helping design and implement smarter, more efficient workflows
*
Generating ideas for continuous improvement and innovation that help shape the firm’s future
Skills & Experience
