What We’re Looking For A degree in a STEM or finance-related subject (or equivalent experience) Recently graduated, or up to 1 year of experience in operations, procurement, or finance Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with numbers — and explaining them clearly to others Familiarity with tools like Excel, Python, SQL or other analytics platforms A desire to learn and grow — we value curiosity and ambition Interest in coding or data tools is a plus, but not a requirement What You’ll Do Support the finance team in preparing and maintaining P&Ls and other key financial reports Produce analysis that helps guide business decisions and strategic planning Assist with month-end and year-end processes Work with external suppliers and partners, negotiating commercial terms where needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help improve operations and support growth Why Intropic?
