HRGO Recruitment are seeking a skilled and efficient Factory Operative to join our clients factory based in Eastbourne. As a Factory Worker you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes.
Skills and attributes
* Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
* Basic IT Literacy Skills
* Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
* Follow production schedules and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
* Good attendance and timekeeping
* Maintain a clean and organised work area
* Report any issues or malfunctions with equipment to the supervisor
* Must be able to work in a team and independently
* MUST be able to work all three shift patterns
