Overview
Reporting to the Campaign Marketing Manager, this role focuses on driving sales of our extensive dental product portfolio by coordinating promotions, managing campaign analysis, and handling marketing rebate claims.
Job Responsibilities
* Upload promotions and data to the sales system and work directly with the eCommerce team.
* Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure promotions are current and correctly uploaded.
* Use pricing spreadsheets and understand basic margin concepts.
* Execute data manipulation, measurement, and analysis of large datasets using advanced Excel techniques.
* Prepare marketing reports, including ROI on campaigns and promotional activities, and analyze sales data to highlight findings.
* Raise, send invoices, and manage stock claims to suppliers.
* Maintain the marketing database, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
* Create purchase orders and oversee the administration of the advertising programme, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the marketing team (filing, photocopying, mailing, etc.).
* Ensure flawless spelling, grammar, and proofreading in all documentation.
Additional Duties
* Support other marketing activities as required.
* Attend training courses, exhibitions, and seminars.
* Conduct various monthly administrative tasks.
* Act as a supportive team player, assisting vendors and other departments when needed.
* Assist the Events team in maintaining marketing areas and packing event materials.
* Attend external events and exhibitions as directed (infrequent).
Job Skills & Experience Required
* Essential: Excellent attention to detail, intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (sorting, filtering, pivot tables, V‑LOOKUP, basic formulas), strong communication skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize.
* Desirable: Creative flair, analytical and commercial acumen.
* Useful: Experience with QlikView and ERP systems such as JD Edwards or SAP.
Education & Qualifications
* Preferably a degree; CIM or other marketing or business qualifications acceptable.
* Required to study and pass the BDIA Introduction to Dentistry course.

* Exceptional attention to detail and Excel proficiency.
* Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
* Good analytical and commercial skills, with organizational and prioritizing capacity.
* A creative mindset capable of managing and manipulating data efficiently.
* Desirable experience in marketing, technical ability, creative flair, and relationship building.
