Job Description
Academics are currently working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school based in Wandsworth, seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join them from September. Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO, you will support pupils with a variety of additional needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and behavioural challenges. Your role will be key in promoting inclusive learning and managing behaviour positively.
Location: Primary school, WandsworthStart Date: Immediate or September startContract: Full-time, Monday to FridaySalary: £95-£110 per day (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one to a child with SEN such as ASD and complex needs
* Promote inclusive learning and positive behaviour management
* Help create a supportive and nurturing classroom environment
* Liaise effectively with teachers, therapists, and parents to support pupil progress
