Quantity Surveyor – RC Frame Projects – Bristol - £75k
The Company
* An established and well known RC Frame/Groundworks subcontractor .
* They have a current turnover of circa £100m and work on schemes up to £40m.
The role
* They need senior commercial expertise in the Bristol region.
* You will initially sit on one scheme but due to upcoming works you will have multiple sites in the region.
* You will be expected to be capable of running your own jobs, from initial inception through to final accounts.
* You will be reporting directly into a Commercial Manager.
About the requirements
* You must have a commercial degree – Quantity Surveying or Commercial Mgmt
* You must have at least 5 years RC Frame/Groundworks experience.
* You must have a track record of taking on commercial responsibility for projects up to £10m.
