Project Property Manager, Bristol / Gloucester
Due to the continued success and growth of the Vertu Motors plc Group of Companies, we are looking to recruit a Property Project Manager to be based in the Bristol or Gloucester Area to support our dealerships in the surrounding area. The purpose of this role is to deliver a range of construction projects, refurbishments, and small works for the group. The role will be a key influence on the dynamics of the Retail Business and Customer Experience and has been established to develop the management of that central control activity. Whilst based at one of our regional dealerships, you will be expected to support our dealership network national so travel will be expected, in addition you will need to attend meeting at our Support Centre at Gateshead. You will report directly to the Group Property Development Director based at the Support Centre at Gateshead.
We are looking for the successful candidate to be professional, capable of working on their own, highly motivated, and self-managed with excellent communication and team skills. We have a large portfolio of refurbishments and exiting small works projects around the country and you will play an instrumental role in managing the delivery of the final product to the highest of standards, controlled financially and in accordance with budget constraints.
Ideally you will have a construction background having Project Management, Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying, be of post graduate level with a high level of experience and able to demonstrate a successful track record with a good understanding of the Built Environment. Membership of the APM would be advantageous but is not essential.
