Solicitor - Clinical Negligence Team

About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to join our highly regarded Clinical Negligence Team based in either our Shrewsbury, Hereford or Conwy office.

Key Responsibilities
1. Managing and progressing a caseload of clinical negligence claims.
2. Assisting senior lawyers on complex and high-value matters.
3. Providing clear, empathetic, and professional advice to clients.
4. Conducting legal research, drafting documents, and preparing cases for settlement discussions or litigation.
5. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional client care.
6. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the Clinical Negligence Team.
7. Participating in business development and networking activities to support the growth of the department.
8. Maintaining compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and firm procedures.
About You
The successful candidate will:
9. Be a qualified Solicitor with experience in clinical negligence work.
10. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Have a strong commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
12. Be able to manage competing priorities effectively and work proactively within a team environment.
13. Show attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
14. Be motivated to develop specialist expertise within clinical negligence litigation.
