This is a dual-role position ideal for someone with a keen eye for photography, strong editing and visual storytelling skills, and a passion for social media and digital engagement. You'll play a key role in visually showcasing properties and growing the brand’s online presence across multiple platforms. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Capture high-quality photos and videos of residential properties Create video walkthroughs and drone footage (if licensed) Produce floorplans and conduct EPCs (training provided) Edit and deliver photography packages promptly Collaborate with clients and internal teams to showcase properties effectively Manage and grow social media presence across key platforms Plan and publish engaging content including reels and behind-the-scenes posts Analyse social media performance and optimise content for better reach Ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the rental cycle What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous property industry experience preferred Proven experience in photography Strong photo and video editing skills (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills Ability to manage time efficiently across multiple locations Creative mindset with great attention to detail and style Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Experience with floorplans, EPCs, or CAA Drone Licence (desirable) Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing experience (desirable) What's In It For You?
