Lead Training and Event Co‑ordinator

We are recruiting a Lead Training and Event Co‑ordinator to join our Central Functions – Education and Skills team. This role can be based from either our Chippenham or Northampton sites and is responsible for coordinating and delivering training courses and events that support Siemens Mobility employees, apprentices and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Coordinating and managing training courses and events, ensuring trainers, resources and equipment are in place and handling customer and business queries by telephone and email, including general and sales queries, payments and invoicing activity
* Developing and maintaining training plans and calendars with senior stakeholders
* Managing training administration including joining instructions, materials, certificates, records and social media queries and ensuring tea/coffee facilities are refreshed
* Acting as a key point of contact for training and event enquiries, bookings and payments
* Supporting on‑site delivery of events, including delegate management and facilities coordination
* Capturing learner and stakeholder feedback to support continuous improvement and carrying out research, sourcing external suppliers as directed
* Assisting the Siemens Mobility ADF team in maintaining arrangements for learner well‑being, safety, safeguarding
Qualifications
* Demonstrating strong administration, planning and organisational skills
* Having experience within training, education or event coordination environments
* Showing excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Using Microsoft Office tools confidently, including Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint
* Communicating effectively with internal teams, learners and external stakeholders

Safeguarding Responsibilities
* Uphold and implement the company’s safeguarding policies and procedures
* Ensure the safety and welfare of all vulnerable adults and children in accordance with statutory requirements
* Attend regular safeguarding training and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of best practices and legislation
* Report any concerns regarding vulnerable adults and children’s welfare to the designated safeguarding lead promptly and accurately
* Foster a culture of vigilance and continuous improvement in safeguarding practices
