About The Job
Ensures that bottles are properly manufactured and packaged through employee training, regular visual inspections, testing, and ensuring that good Manufacturing Practices are followed.
Your Experience And Background
Five (5) years plus experience in a high production environment in the capacity of Quality or Manufacturing.
Support SQF and HACCP activities in their quest to implement processes improvements which put the facility in compliance with current regulation. Identify non-compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices and work with manager to enforce requirements.
Assist the implementation of standard operating procedures, ensuring they are followed and quality bottles are produced effectively;
Ensure that Pack Operators and Material Handlers have a clear understanding of bottle quality. Perform QC checks on bottles and complete necessary documentation. Complete sanitation forms each shift.
One QC Inspector will be assigned to perform tests using the Avbis 3000.
