Equans is looking for a Contract Manager to join our team in Bellshill on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary, a company vehicle or allowance, bonus, and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
* Ensure compliance with all statutory and company procedures across stakeholder groups.
* Manage risks related to SHEQ (safety, health, environment, and quality) through RAMS, PPE, training, and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment for employees, clients, and end users.
* Develop effective working relationships with operational personnel, business partners, suppliers, and sub-contractors to improve contractual performance.
* Build sustainable relationships with the Client and related organizations.
* Manage client service delivery across multiple locations by ensuring resource collaboration.
* Establish and maintain a clear business plan for the contract.
* Set, monitor, and control SLAs and KPIs, seeking opportunities to add value.
* Ensure mobile personnel meet SLAs and KPIs related to technical and service delivery.
* Coordinate with mobile teams on planning, implementing, and monitoring standards for PPM and reactive works.
* Be accountable for the contract's financial performance and review monthly audits for legislative compliance, escalating issues as necessary.
* Develop and monitor direct reports through training and reviews.

Who are we looking for?
* Experience in contract management and knowledge of building services and legislation.
* Background in Facilities Management with technical expertise.
* PFI experience.
* Ability to think clearly under extreme circumstances.
* H&S, M&E, Water Systems, and Legionella Control qualifications.
* Experience with CAFM systems and a full clean driver’s license.
* Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
* Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexible and adaptable to change.
