About the Position:
We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape the digital experience of High Performance across YouTube and social platforms for our range of shows.
This role involves more than managing posts; it includes identifying impactful moments from podcasts, utilizing AI tools for clipping and editing, and building an inspiring digital presence that can change lives.
You should have proven experience managing multiple social media channels, video editing, AI-based optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial judgment is essential for creating engaging, motivational content that enhances each show's brand and resonates with audiences.
Responsibilities:
1. Multi-channel content strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase podcast visibility, community engagement, and audience growth across YouTube and social media.
2. Video editing and clipping: Edit clips from episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, ensuring they match the podcast's tone and style.
3. YouTube growth & optimization: Enhance channel growth by optimizing content, creating compelling titles and thumbnails, and leveraging platform features.
4. AI content creation and curation: Create and manage high-quality visual and video content tailored to each platform, maintaining brand consistency.
5. Content scheduling and delivery: Upload and schedule content aligned with marketing plans and partner needs.
6. Copywriting and tone of voice: Use AI to craft inspiring, thoughtful copy that reflects each podcast's values and maintains a consistent tone.
7. Community management: Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages to foster a positive community.
8. Performance tracking and reporting: Use analytics tools to monitor metrics, generate reports, and refine strategies accordingly.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven success in managing and growing social media and YouTube channels, increasing views, engagement, and subscribers.
* Deep understanding of social and YouTube algorithms, trends, and KPIs, with strong analytical skills.
* Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus; familiarity with scheduling and analytics platforms such as YouTube Studio.
* Experience in graphic design and creating engaging visual content such as thumbnails and carousels.
* Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a test-and-learn approach.
* Adaptability to shifting deadlines and evolving content priorities.
