We’re looking for a seasoned Sales & Business Development Manager to grow our Optical Sensors and Systems portfolio. This is your chance to shape strategic partnerships, drive innovation, and make a real impact in high-tech industries
* Lead sales and business development for optical sensors and systems in Aerospace, Defense, and Commercial sectors.
* Build and execute strategic account plans to expand market share.
* Manage a robust pipeline from first contact to contract award.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
* Provide market insights to guide product strategy.
* Represent OSI Optoelectronics at key industry events.
* Forecast monthly sales and exceed ambitious targets.
* Reporting to the VP of Aerospace & defense – USA.
Candidate Requirements
* 10+ years in technical sales, account management, or business development in Aerospace, Defense, or Photonics.
* Deep understanding of optical components—especially sensors—and their applications.
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
* BSc in Engineering or Physics (MSc preferred).
Travel
This role will require the successful candidate to travel nationally and internationally.
