Seeking an experienced PA to provide day-to-day support to a managing partner and two junior partners.
You will ideally have at least 3 years of PA experience to a partner or a director in a legal setting.
Liaising with clients and professionals to arrange calls, video conferences, in person meetings and restaurant reservations.
Send onboarding docs, LEGL links for AML checks, payment on account
Manage mediation voucher scheme
Scheduling coaching and training sessions and providing necessary documentation
Setting up SharePoint folders with relevant documentation
Liaising with attendees, fielding questions and tracking attendance
Assisting with the organisation and progression of various projects, including:
Checking the progress of projects and reminding Peter/partners where projects have stalled
Liaising with any third-parties in relation to projects where appropriate
Assisting with travel arrangements including booking taxis, trains, flights, hotels and activities
Fielding calls when the partners are unavailable, taking messages and assisting where possible
Monitoring the partners inbox when they are on annual leave and forward relevant emails to appropriate members of staff for action
