In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while promoting our products. Your ability to communicate effectively and upsell will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries in a professional manner. Sell products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable options. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the counter. Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience. Maintain an organised and tidy sales area to promote a welcoming environment. Manage time effectively to ensure all customers receive prompt service. Communicate clearly with customers, both in person and over the phone, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times. Perform basic maths calculations for transactions and inventory management. Skills Strong selling skills with a proven ability to upsell products. Excellent communication skills in English Proficient in phone etiquette to handle customer calls professionally. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory tasks accurately. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
