A Role With Purpose
We’re looking for a Ministry of Defence (MOD) Account Manager to support the delivery and development of security solutions across some of the UK’s most sensitive and high security defence environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, working strategically, and supporting defence customers with clarity and professionalism.
What You’ll Do
You’ll take ownership of key Ministry of Defence accounts, ensuring they receive consistent, high‑quality service while identifying opportunities for long‑term development.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Developing account plans and strategies tailored to MOD requirements
2. Building strong working relationships with MOD and associated stakeholders
3. Working closely with internal sales, operational, and marketing teams
4. Leading targeted sales and marketing initiatives within defence accounts
5. Monitoring performance and adjusting plans where needed
6. Acting as a trusted point of contact for customers operating in complex, high‑security defence environments
What We’re Looking For
7. Proven experience in sales, ideally within defence, security, or critical national infrastructure
8. Knowledge or experience of working with the Ministry of Defence or defence‑related sectors (highly desirable)
9. Ability to obtain and maintain SC clearance (DV may be required in the future)
10. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building skills
11. A proactive and organised approach, with confidence managing senior‑level defence stakeholders
12. Someone who can balance strategic planning with hands‑on account management
