The nicest Nursing Home in North East Wales needs a Manager. It’s also the newest, and it won’t be long before the company has the first custom-build care home. We want to speak with you if you’re an experienced nursing home manager who is a polished professional with strong customer service skills. The commissioning process is ongoing, and there are many residents to settle in and relatives to get to know.
This role suits someone who has done a fair amount of bed filling or commissioning, and who knows what great care looks like. You should be familiar with CIW standards or be confident you can adapt to them. A decent knowledge of CQC is helpful, especially with awareness of a few key differences. Your Operations Manager has a solid track record on both sides of the border, and the Directors are also committed to high standards.

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage daily operations of the nursing home to ensure high-quality resident care.
* Coordinate with the commissioning process and facilitate settling in new residents and engaging with relatives.
* Ensure compliance with CIW standards and maintain familiarity with CQC requirements and key differences.
* Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Directors to uphold company standards and drive service excellence.
Qualifications
* Experience as a nursing home manager or in a similar leadership role within elderly care.
* Knowledge of CIW standards and familiarity with CQC expectations.
* Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
