A small but expanding specialist service supporting people with brain and spinal injuries, complex trauma, and neurological conditions is seeking a Senior Administrator to provide operational and administrative support to the Director.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, methodical, and patient, with the ability to bring structure to a creative, idea-led environment. Experience working with neurodiverse individuals, or an appreciation of different working styles, would be beneficial.

What we need from you:
Minimum 2 years' experience in business administration, operations, or similar roles
Live within a commutable distance of Stockport
Must be comfortable working remotely and self-managing workload
Strong organisational and operational skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Confident using Excel, invoicing, and email/diary management
Good overall knowledge of MS Office
Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proactive, reliable, and solutions focused
Desirable:
Experience within healthcare, rehabilitation, or medical administration
Familiarity with Qunote, FreeAgent, or similar systems
Marketing, content creation, or social media experience
Interest in nutrition, neurorehabilitation, or health improvement
Comfortable working with or supporting neurodiverse colleagues
Open-minded and curious about AI and digital tools to improve efficiency and processes
What the role involves:
Schedule and coordinate client appointments and team meetings
Liaise with clients, case managers, and associates to support smooth workflows
Manage inbox correspondence, flag priorities, and draft responses
Support recruitment campaigns and assist with onboarding/offboarding processes
Maintain HR and compliance documentation (DBS, insurance, qualifications, Right to Work checks)
Prepare costings, track expenses, and issue monthly invoices
Maintain accurate client and business records across systems such as Qunote, FreeAgent, OneDrive, and Copilot
Assist with social media content scheduling, newsletters, and business outreach
Help develop and improve in-house systems, templates, and operational processes
Represent the company professionally and support business growth initiatives
Salary: £22,295 per annum pro rata (£33,000 FTE), depending on skills and experience.
Hours: Working part-time - 25 hours per week, 9.30am2.30pm Monday to Friday. Flexible on start finish times but must be available to start between 8am-10am.
