Planner – Poling
Salary: £23,000 – £26,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (37.5 hours/week)
Location: Knowsley

Are you a detail-driven organiser with a knack for keeping projects on track? MJ Quinn is looking for a proactive Planner to support our partnership with Openreach, the UK’s largest fibre broadband network. You’ll play a key role in expanding broadband access to thousands of homes by scheduling and coordinating essential infrastructure works.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Allocate and schedule jobs to suppliers, ensuring timely delivery
* Liaise with clients to resolve job-related queries
* Maintain accurate delivery trackers and documentation
* Coordinate with internal teams (Traffic Management, Commercial, Street works)
* Assist in closing jobs once works are completed
What We’re Looking For
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
* Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
* Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
* Calm under pressure with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
* Flexible and adaptable approach to work
