Job Overview

Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on gas boilers, heating plants, and ventilation equipment.
* Ensure all work complies with safety and legislative standards.
* Complete accurate documentation and use handheld technology for task management.
* Support emergency callouts, monitor subcontractors, issue permits, and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
* Hold valid gas qualifications including COCN1, CCN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, and CODNCO1.
* Proven experience in maintenance, fault finding, and repair of gas boilers, heating systems, pumps, and ventilation equipment.
* Full UK driving licence for travel between client sites.
* Ability to complete statutory tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet legal and safety standards.
* Willingness to participate in an on‑call rota, support colleagues, and monitor subcontractor performance when required.
