This is a high-impact, strategic role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to drive performance and support the organisation in achieving its long-term goals. The Role: As Finance Director, you will be a key member of the leadership team, taking full ownership of the finance function while acting as a strategic business partner. You will provide financial insight, challenge, and guidance to support effective decision-making across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the finance team across all areas, including financial and management reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting Deliver high-quality financial analysis and insight to support strategic planning and business growth Ensure robust financial controls, governance, and compliance across the organisation Partner with senior stakeholders to influence and support commercial decision-making Manage relationships with external partners including auditors, banks, and advisors Drive continuous improvement within finance processes and systems About You: You are a commercially astute and technically strong finance professional with a proven track record in a senior leadership role. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring both strategic thinking and hands-on capability.
